Hatha yoga is a method of anti-stress exercise that tones the whole system, strenghtens the
immune system and keep the body's physically, energetically and mentally fit.
The gentle, non-invasive yoga poses have a positive impact on the heart, the circulatory, endocrine,
digestive and myoskeletal systems. They enhance agility as well as muscular strength in the body.
Promoting good health, they are an excellent form of preventive medicine. Breathing is directly
linked to the autonomous nervous system, the mind and the emotions. Conscious breathing means
calmness of the mind, absence of emotional turmoil, strength of will and right action.
Learning to be conscious of our breathing and to connect breathing with movement is one of the
main concerns of Yoga, thus offering a feeling of mental balance, relaxation and wholeness.

Asanas: Exercise poses that train the mind and the body, enhancing its psychosomatic health.
Pranayama: Breathing exercises that cleaning the body from the inside out, strengthen the
immunity of the organism, calming obsessive thoughts, develop the ability of discernment, self
control and the realization of internal needs.
Dhyana: Meditation. "Exercise in stillness that reveals the internal dimention of the soul and the
spirit, enhances self-observation and self-understanding; it cultivates the soul and builds character,
and helps in the healing of diseases, by acting on the inconscious level, by treating its causes rather
than the symptoms.
Natya Yoga is an integral yoga that envisages the spiritual enlightment and transformation of the
entire human nature: one's body, heart, mind and soul. A fundamental text of Natya is the ancient
gandhurva veda, a supplement to Sama Veda. The occasional incarnations of apsaras helped bring
Natya to the physical world.
